The ‘Templates’ tab allows you to create a reusable standard for frequently used formatting. For example, a template can be created for a table of faculty contact information so this can be inserted as needed into a page without needing to be built from scratch each time.
Adding a Template
- Click ‘New’
- Enter the template name
- Create the template within the HTML Source, or click WYSIWYG Editor’ to create the template using a standard word processor
- Click ‘Save’
Editing a Template
- Click the name of the template you would like to edit
- Make the necessary changes
- Click ‘Save’
Deleting a Template
- Click the radio button next to the template you would like to delete
- Click the trash can icon to delete
