Adding a Task
- Click ‘New’
- Enter a task name and a due date
- To publish, click ‘Publish’
- Click ‘Add’
Assigning a Task
- Click the radio button next to the name of the task you want to assign, then click ‘Assignment’
- Check the box next to the name of the board member(s) to whom you want to assign the task
- Click ‘Save’ and a notification email will be sent to the selected board member(s)
Editing a Task
- Click the task you want to edit, or click the radio button next to the task name and then click ‘Edit’
- Make the necessary changes
- Click ‘Save’
Deleting a Task
- Click the radio button next to the task name
- Click the trash can icon to delete’
