The Verification of Licensure tool allows you to delete an application, generate a certificate for an application or update the status of an application. You can also view a licensee’s license number, email address, Board that they transferred from, invoice number and whether or not their application was processed.
- By clicking on a licensee’s name or the date they renewed, you can view their verification of licensure application.
- You can view all unprocessed application by clicking 'Unprocessed Only' under the 'Load All' button
Deleting an Application
- Select the radio button for the licensee whose application you would like to delete
- Click 'Delete'
- A pop up box will ask 'Are you sure you want to delete the selected application?'
- Select 'Ok' or 'Cancel'
Generate a Certificate
- Select the radio button for the licensee whose certificate you would like to generate
- Click 'Generate a Certificate'
- You can open the file and print it from your desktop
Updating Application Status
- Select the radio button for the licensee’s application whose status you would like to update
- Click 'Update Status'
- Choose 'Yes' or 'No'
- Click 'Save'
