The Batch Status Change tool allows you change all license statuses to different status. You also have the ability to exclude licensees whose effective dates are between certain time period and licensees who were granted extensions.
- Click 'Batch Status Change'
- Choose a 'From Status'
- Choose a 'To Status'
- Check the 'Exclude licensees..' boxes if applicable
- Click 'Proceed'
